The first image is the front of the house which faces north.
The second image is the back of the house that faces south. We are fortunate because with the shape of the lot we're able to have a walk out basement.
The last image faces east and the window you see will be in the Study/Den. (Our windows are being created by All-Weather Windows in Lethbridge, Alberta. They are PVC windows but they'll be tan-coloured instead of white.)
We're happy with these plans. They are a modified Cape Cod-style house right out of Home Hardware's house package catalogue. We tried unsuccessfully to have a draftsperson in Lethbridge draw up our plans but he couldn't be bothered. After he strung us along for 4 months we decided to go with Home Hardware®. If you're looking for a draftsperson in Lethbridge please email me and I'll tell you who *not* to choose.
